We’re based in Alberta, Canada!

 

What countries do you ship to?

Currently we ship to addresses within Canada and the U.S.

 

How is shipping cost determined?

Shipping rates are calculated during check out based on your shipping address.

 

Can I change my shipping address?

Please double check your mailing address is correct. If you order is still open, contact us ASAP with your order number and the correct mailing address. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change any of the information you have inputted.

 

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items are final sale and ineligible for returns unless defective. 

Returns

Returns and exchanges are eligible up to 14 days after receiving the item. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is unused in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Only defective or damaged items will be replaced. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning any items. Shipping costs are Non-Refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received the returned item, and of approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are credited to the original method of payment only.
